window rubber lube

does anyone know of a substance that is good for lubricating the rubber seals around the windows ?

rubber greese, dont know the make but they make it for inserting seals etc in cylinders etc.

silicone grease is used on rubber seals, such 'o' seals rubber gaskets and the like.
