With the spring compressors in place, get yourself some big cable ties ( I used 7.5mm by 365mm) and attach as many ties as possible onto the compressed coils. Snip the ends off, as they get in the way. Release the spring compressors and the ties hold it in place. Get it in to position and snip the ties, job done!
