plastic water pipe insert

hello,anyone know where i can buy a replacement metal and plastic insert for my front to back plastic water pipe [the insert has rusted away]

thank you both, from the go westy kit, i think that if i buy a oem hose clip it should seal the leak that ive got using worm drive hose clips[and replace the rubber hose]
