Firstly Thanks for such a great forum and this is my first post. I've had a few vans in the past, but a midlife crisis made me by another
a T25 1.9 DG Holdworth tin top conversion and I have been working my way through it's snags....as you do, so I fitted power steering and had numerous other bits done and fitted a short shift kit purchased from "Campervan Culture" {really nice people}. All works well and gear selection is much, much better.My problem is that it does not like going in to reverse first time every time, occasionally I put it in first for a second, role forward then reverse is easier to select. Would any one know if it's a simple adjustment at the base of the gear stick or linkage issues as a garage said there was some play. All other gears are sweet.
