Electric window switch

Electric window switch on the passenger door - has anyone tried t fit it..? If you stop on the street to chat to someone its a real pain because you can't reach over far enough ..

My Caravelle (origional elec windows) had a dual switch on the drivers side that controlled drivers window and passenger window.
