down on power and a pipe has come off where does it go?

1.6TD..... The pipe that runs out of the gold vaccuum type thing ontop of the engine has come off and probably explains why Im down on pulling power, I can not see where it came from. I know from general pics Ive taken that the pipe runs over the manifold but where next. Can anyone tell me where it goes. It was only held by small jubillee cllip and presumably slides over a pipe but I cant find a small bore pipe. Any pics would be good as Ive had the torch and mirror down the very restricted side of engine to no avail.

Couldnt wait for a reply so i Finally took out air filter, and found it hiding below the manifold. I bought the smallest hose clip to secure it but its very hard to get a screw driver in to tighten it. Test drove it and that little pipe makes a massive difference.

Sounds like its the enrichening control device... mine has broken the union off completely where it enters the right angle adapter... but doesn't seem to make the slightest difference ?
