Devon Moonraker roof - internal security strap

My T25 has the Devon Moonraker Roof, with external latches but does not have an internal security strap.
This came to my attention after finding a document online, which covers the elevating roof, which explicitly refers to a third internal strap.

I would like to instate the mentioned strap for extra security.

I can make something which will work, but before I do, does anything have a photo of an original internal strap?

I'm happy to be lapped down if this has been posted before, but did not find anything when searching.

Hi,
I use a webbing strap with a quick release , think it came off a rucksack . I have never seen the original one but I assume it was a bit like the webbing strap used to hold the water carrier in place.

I have some webbed buckle straps taken from a car dog container thing.
I will use them for security/strength and quick release.

I have a two metal brackets on mine, one screwed to the roof, the other the access to the roof, with a karabiner between. Mine came like that. Certain its not factory though!!

could someone with the moonraker roof post a a picture and size of the internal opening , as i have one to fit to my bus .

Jim. Hi Jim.

Just taken off a moony roof and swooped it (with lots of work) with a Viking roof. Are you putting on a new roof to your van and need to know the hole sizes? If so let me know as I measured it and took loads of pics when I took it off that I can send over?
