Carb mix screw messing itself up

Hello and seasons greetings,

Hopefully an easy one for someone.

The central idle mixture screw on my solex carb (2L CU engine) keeps winding itself in during driving, thus starving the idle mixture and leaving me stalling at idle. It is happening increasingly often.

Are there any good tips to prevent this, but still leaving the screw adjustable in future?
