I've broken it.

Post by slobbo »

I've had my syncro up at the Scottish Offroad Centre today and yesterday and my gearbox has sprung a leak, the wheel alignment is out and I have developed a knock from the rear offside but I'm still smiling.

Sorry to hear about the van Rob, ouch. Got a quote for a fix yet, or are you going to have a go yourself?

Wasn't really the bumps and bashes. One of the gearbox seals has sprung a leak. The gear needs removed and the seal swapped.

I do have a knock coming from the back that is as yet a mystery. The bus is getting dropped off at Syncronutz tomorrow.

Chiz - you have 16" don't you. Come on lets see what it can do. Will show you the easy routes if you like. Come on, you know you want to come out and play. :D

Nothing like a bit of peer pressure. Good luck with the wee one that's a bigger adventure.
