BIG BUMPER REMOVAL

Hi all
can anyone give me any leads on how to take off the front big bumper on a vw t25
can see the two allen key bolts in the front bumper , but how do you get the side returns off ?
can see a very inaccesable 13 mm bolt head down the side of the return side bumper,
and the fixing at the bottom of the des - is that it ?

There are two brackets on the sides of the bumper you need to undo these and the Allen bolts on the front.

, it was the spoiler that was throwing me
managed to get it off without taking the spoiler off - but its not going to go back on easy without removing the spoiler , and all the fixings on the spoiler are just turning on themselves, GRRR.
Might scrap the spoiler..
