Hi, im thinking of changing my solid side window (centre) for a louvre, im assuming that it should be a straight forward swap but was wondering about the seals? Does anyone know if there available? Im also guessing that the opening is the same size louvre/solid

It may not be the same size. Better off measuring your opening and then see what sizes if louvre you can find.
