After 12 months off the road, a new engine (done by me), and lots of welding (done by someone who knows what they are doing) I am almost ready to MOT my van...
I'm trying to bleed the cooling system at the moment but I think there might be a problem with my heater matrix as it's not blowing out warm air. I've got the RJES bypass fitted so does this mean that even if the coolant isn't flowing properly through the heater matrix, the engine temp should be ok when running? It's only temporary - I just can't get a new matrix before Monday, when it's going in for the test.
Thanks
Iain

Re: Pre-MOT jitters...
Don't worry too much about your heater matrix, you really need to make sure that your radiator is bled properly.
If your radiator is getting warm and the engine temp isn't skyrocketing then you should be fine
