T25 water pipes
Has anyone used the old 32mm metal water pipes with 38mm later van hoses and just done up a few jubilee clips on each pipe? I'm in the middle of making a petrol van a diesel and found this problem today.

quite a lot to compress, my guess is it would leak because it won's compress evenly but never tried it.

Just done exactly this on a Subaru conversion. RJES hoses are for late 38mm pipes, van is an early DH, 32mm front to rear pipes, so chop them above the driveshaft and add two silicone reducers and 38mm joiners from ASH. Sorted.
