Radiator bracket bolt clips

Looking for help again,
Can anyone tell me what the clips are called that the bolts fasten to on the radiator mounts and somewhere to purchase said items? The bottom bolts on both mounts are spinning and I need to cut through them.

They are called snap or speed nuts sometimes chimney nuts. Or replace them with rivnuts even with a fiddle put a nut and washer.
