Rear door seal fitting

Rear door seal fitting
Guys just acquired a new rear door seal for my van.Can someone explain which way this fits on.Does it go on the upper lip of the bodywork or the lower and I assume the foam piece that my thumb is pressing goes goes to the top.hope this makes sense ..lol
