Lining door cards and the inside of van

Hi again

Was wondering if it is possible to cover door cards and inside of van (where old van lining is) with something different e.g NOT 4 way stretch van carpet.
Any ideas! I like the idea of denim as hard wearing but not sure if that's possible
Has anyone used a different fabric or material?
I loved looking at everyone's flooring when I asked about that, it gave me so many ideas.

I have done mine in Denim, recovered the seats in denim as well. If you skin foam the panels and stretch it over. I also put jean buttons in the panels, covered the dash in denim and fitted a 501 jean label on it.

Oooh could u post some pics. Sounds just like what I would do. If, I could only use grey van lining was going to do different coloured screw caps to match flooring.

Quick update:
We went for denim on rock and roll bed and back door card them to mix it up we have a great flamingo print material for side door card. We will need to at some point take off dusty 1980s beige stretch carpet but for now she will do
