Just bought a diesel t25 needs some advice on engine

Post by biker1981 »

Just returned to t25 ownership after selling my last one (big mistake)

The one I have bought has had a Passat engine in which runs great however the guy got garage to so it and didn't know to much.

I would like to service it but can't find the dipstick.... I know it prob needs one making but can't find the hole. The one I can see looks like it's been blocked can anyone help

It's your call but the most obvious course of action is probably to unblock it and put the dipstick back (you'll need the correct dipstick and plastic sleeve), drain the oil, put the proper amount in and mark the dipstick. I trust the rest of the engine conversion exceeds the standard of the dipstick :D
Syncrosport (taking a break as of summer 2024)
Volkswagen Transporter, reloaded.
