Louvre window to body rubber seal

I'm about to replace the louvred window in my van for a slightly different design, and will need to replace the seal between it & the body.

Problem is most window/windscreen seals are for 5 or 6mm glass to 1.5mm body, whereas the surround on the louvred window is thin alloy so the seal needs to be 1.5mm alloy to 1.5mm body.

Anyone have leads on something suitable? I've tried the usual suppliers, ie Baines & Woolies

metalmick8y is your man - there is a U shaped seal to bulk up the thickness of the aluminium.
