just seeking advice at the moment on w/c t25 engines

Post by Bee »

but how hard is it to come by a decent t25 engine 1.9 petrol? terry's is of limited mileage and on it's way out, possibly later but more likely sooner i reckon. What sort of money would i be looking at? what/if are there any other options for on a budget with novice capabilities (ie i'd do an engine change but not upto majorly indepth stuff). Are there other engines that are just as good/economical etc that would go in with the minimal of fuss?

Sorry for all the questions, it's a learning curve
Thanks for yr time :)

sorry mods if this should be in tech, feel free to move delete and i can re-post

If you look for Maximus on here, he has a very good 1.9 engine he`s just in the process of taking out and replacing it with a diesel engine, nothing wrong with the 1.9 from what I`ve seen and heard of it, it`s one of THE best running motors I`ve seen, he just wanted a diesel.

Try a search for his name, then PM him and ask him what`s what :)
Keep it real.
