Loose Headrest.

Loose Headrest.
I've got a seat where the headrest has come lose. The mechanism inside the seat doesn't seem to hold it in place anymore so it will just slide out. Can the mechanism be taken out of another seat?

Assuming your talking about original VW seats,They have a retaining clip on them here.
