6th seat - is it even possible?

Post by Bluemagicmarker »

6th seatbelt? Anyone managed to make their Westy into six seater? Bench seat up front or seatbelt on small seat by the fridge? Anyone got any pictures?

Mine is not a Westy but I have 6 seat belts.
2 on the rock and roll bed, a lap belt on the rear facing buddy seat, and a modified bench seat in the front with a lap belt in the middle using the original seat belt points.

Mine would be a six seater if my buddy seat had a belt, 2 up front and three belts on the bench seat

....great comments thanks, cool, so you can buy a front double passenger seat with lap belt, that would do me, prob easier than mounting a lap belt on the little side seat in the rear

Sorry to dampen things but don't forget it might be necessary to tell your insurers if you are deviating from the standard seating. The buggers wriggle out of anything, given the opportunity...
