cross member replacement
Going to replace the cross member at the swinging arms on my crew cab its a bit shot my mate said we've got to drop the engine and gear box out I can't see this to replace that, going to put on the ramps tomorrow to look he is a bmw man

He is correct. Its a big structural repair and the transmission is bolted to it. Everything out, rear suspension off.

Any update on this, is it possible to do it ? From what i can see once welds are removed it would drop down.
