Removing Door Trims

I've read that there's supposed to be a screw within the door pull on the inside however there is no screw there nor a hole. I have removed the large handle used to pull the door, the vent at the bottom, the window winder arm but it still won't come off and can't find any more screws. The plastic insert behind the lever needs removing.The screw is behind that.

Sounds like you've removed everything that is screwed to the door. Try unclipping the door card by carefully prising it off with something like a paint scraper between door and card. Go easy as the clips are plastic that hold the card in place. If there is anything else none standard screwed to the door you'll find it

There is a spoon type insert behind the moving handle that needs to be removed leaving you with this, which then needs unscrewing
