Tried to do this with bluetooth but can only do 1 at a time
A few hundred on there so would anyone know of a better option please?

If it's android you should be able to go to contacts-settings-contacts-import/export-export to device storage. This will save a vcf file which you can then transfer to new phone by Bluetooth or other means, then go through above route on new phone but choosing import rather than export.
Thanks for that but unfortunately no import/ export options in menu.

Ok i now know what a Motorola l6 is. Maybe connect to PC with usb port on phone and then use motorola phone tools software? Or put sim card from new phone in l6, probably using adaptor to make it fit, use sim toolkit on l6 to move contacts to sim card, then put sim card back in new phone and move contacts to phone memory.
I've got a Motorola and there's a specific APP for them called 'Motorola Migrate', which can be downloaded to any phone and you simply 'capture' the image off the one phone with the other and all your contacts swap over.
Only useful if going onto another Motorola though I guess.
