blue trigger wire output

what exactly should I see output wise from the blue trigger wire stud,do not know if I have a broken wire on the additional wire that I fitted for the underseat relay for my webasto

It should be the same voltage as the B+ alternator terminal when the engine is running.

thought so, the trigger wire must have a break in it,also when I replace it can I run a pigtail off it to feed another relay for a rear facing camera so it powers up when the engine starts?
