Radius rod nuts

Could someone please confirm that the inner nut and locking nut are M18 x 1.5 please? I've got these figures scrawled on a bit of paper and I'm not sure what my source was. Many thanks.
Why would the glass be anything other than half full?

'89 panel van, 1.9 DG.
