Try these guys...

Good knowledge, fast parts delivery. Sort of place where they'll remember you if you need to call a couple of times.
Some useful assembley drawings on the website too!

weber carb

Post by daniNdave »

I just found this thred, it's very old i know but, what was the out come? anyone know? as i have found my self in the very same boat. I've had my van for 5 or so years now and its been great, ok on fuel, more power than other 1.9 wbx vans i've driven or met on the motorway :D but alas it's developed a carb problem. I didn't even know it had a weber 34 DAT on it until it started to play up. I've had it apart and cleaned it a few times now, some times it seems like its fixed but it never is. So I'm looking for a specialist to do the job for me and completly rebuild it so i can bolt it on and go back to the good old days of hooning around in it on the weekend. :-)
