Collective brain, my Eberspacher, running off the LPG tank, won't fire up. It's blowing but not actually heating. I need to learn a simple fix or find a garage. Go...
The leisure battery is charged so I don't think it's that. It is an Eberspacher and , as far as I know (ie, I was told by the previous owner...) it was just coverted to run off LPG. It's a German import Westfalia so this might(?) make more sense...
Had a similar problem in mine but I've got a trumatic heater. The battery was OK for the lights but not enough power for the heater. Check you have turned on the gas feed then start your engine. Try the heater again. Worked for me. We found a fault finder on-line for the trumatic which explained the light display by the thermostat. Good luck
Problem I had with my propex was due to leisure battery not having enough juice. All interior lights were fine and everything but as soon as I plugged into hook-up the heater suddenly fired into life.

Ok. Yep. It's not an Eberspacher. It was just described as such as short hand to help me understadn the heater. I checked with guy I bought the van from and it does run from the LPG. I'll try giving the leisure battery a super charge/see why it isn't charging enough from the main battery. All the lights, etc 'seem' fine but I'll check. We all know 'seems fine'... Progress. Thanks guys and gals.
