Blue smoke is not normally good, but only on start up? (ie, not on accelerating or on the over-run?)
Two easy things to do = get a compression test done and check your brake fluid level

(yes, brake fluid can leak from the servo diaphragm, into the servo vac pipe and thence into the inlet manifold - admittedly less likely, especially on a T25 where the servo pipe is very long, but worth a check)
