washer jet hose!?

Sorry if this has been posted before. Recentaly resprayed my van and have lost the hoses for the front washers into the depths of the van! I've heard its a dash out job too get em back?
anyone know of any nifty ways of getting them back?

:D yes dash out.... its not that bad if going to do it then replace the pipes ie the 2x jets and the bottle cause they are now 25 plus years old but watch when putting bottle back you dont bend the pipe :ok have fun

There was one of the regulars on here a while back who said he had a technique for getting them back, but I can't remember who it was and he did not detail the method :roll:
Got a new van, but it's a 165bhp T4 [shock horror] Accurate LPG Station map here

You can do it sticking your arm up into the dash if you've got the patience.
Dash out is easiest

I managed to retrieve the hoses on mine without removing the dash. I used some bendy garden wire and attached a length of string to one end. I then carefully pushed that end through the washer jet hole and right through till I could spot it in the interior. I then tied and taped the string to the washer hose (I had to pop clocks out on drivers side to get in) and gently pulled the string back through from the outside of the van.

Hope that's clear.
