captain seat arm rest & request for piccies of kitchen b

how do I get the arm rest off my seat? I've looked for a way in can't find one. has anyone ever done this can anyone help?

also has anyone here made their own kitchen area in their camper.....I'm looking for ideas

Are they captain seats?
The arm rest has a round socket that fits over a bar sticking out from the seat.
There is a roll pin holding the two together.
If you feel about between the seat and the arm (with a thin screwdriver or drift) you can feel the pin and drive it out.
