Recommend an Aircooled mechanic west midlands

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a mechanic or company where I can take my T25 2.0 Aircooled to get it sorted, had not run for 10 years when I got it started and took it for a run overheated, checked compression and all good. took engine out to replace engine bay seal and check flaps in tinware, stripped and rebuilt carbs now cant get it to run at all. To busy to carry on and getting nagged to death so time to let someone knows what there doing to have a look.
