Hi - totally newbie to my van here... what do these buttons do and how do I use them to correctly power the fridge without draining my battery completely!?

That's actually a 'PMS 3H' (the font makes it look like 'PMS 34') - the 'H' is for 'Horizontal'. You can get a manual here. See the section 'Power whilst on the move' for the fridge operation. The fridge should be wired via a relay so that it can only run on 12V while the engine is running. It would draw too much current to run for any length of time from a stand-alone 12V battery.

Hehe - I wish I could claim the credit, but I can't. I forget where I saw it, but it had a Bay or a Splittie at the top, and I thought it was a really clever idea, so I used an online 'Keep Calm' generator to make one with a T25. I've probably broken all sorts of copyright by using the 8090 logo, and copying the wording, but at 80x80 pixels I don't think it's going to damage anyone's business.
