Hi Can anyone tell which fuse for horn or maybe it's another problem

Afternoon, on my van [early type fuse] it's no' 12-think it's for the reverse light as well. No' 16 on later vans. When mine was intermittent it was the small adjuster screw on the horn that needed a turn.

Often the fault is contact ring under steering wheel. You'll need to unbolt wheel to check. Horn may just be too old to care.

Also check that you haven't knocked the earth off from the lower section of the steering column this is easy to do - just look at the lower section ( no need to remove anything) and you will see a brown earth wire that goes on a hard to find spade.

Mine was a dodgy earth at the horn itself. A little scrub up and a bit of Vaseline and the job was a good'n.
