okie dokie here we go. firstly, what t25 pop top do i have? all i know about terry is that he is a panelvan conversion done by richard holdsworth(according to the sticker) or possibly bilbo something (yeh, you guesssed it another sticker).
i have a problem with the pop top. it's only a little problem really, at the back it doesn't sit flat to the white bit it's on. do i need another clip on it, or is there another way of remedying it? it just doesn't look right to me as it is flush at the front where it meets. i'm also worried about water getting in where the seal doesn't join.
many thanks for your time

Does the top lift straight up (turret top) or is it hinged and lifts to an angle? Just searched for Holdsworth and found a pic of one with the turret top popped up, and it has the same curved profile at the rear.
it does lift straight up indeed. now i know the name of the pop type too i like to know these things
i just can't suss how it creates a full seal then around if it's flush at the front n sides but not at the back

Hi, I have an E reg Holdsworth Villa 111 with a solid sided pop top, mine is flush where you have the gap at the back. The two rear clips are quite tight at the back so if yours are on there can't be much wrong. Are you sure you have shut it properly and the metal bar that you use inside to pull the rear flap towards you is stowed in the correct position? (assuming yours is the same as mine) let us know how you get on.
Just been out and had a quick look, the seal on the back is not that tight, mine is just touching, not enough to compress the rubber like it is on the sides. Mine has never leaked so yours will most likely be ok.
cheers ivor (sniggering at name:p)
i have a good 2 cm gap the clips aren't proper ones, n though i try to get the top straight, it always needs shunting over. maybe with proper clips it'd sort it out. not confident though as it has kind of bowed in the middle on top. but we'll see......
