Air intake snorkel

Post by windydubber »

Hi all,
I've started checking stuff on the new camper and the air intake pipe that comes off the air box/vacume unit is split in several places and just sat in the engine bay.

So the question is. Where can I get some of this ducting/pipe? And does it just get stuffed up the rear pillar??

It's a 2.0l air cooled CU engine circa 1981.

Cheers

It is just 63mm (2"-1/2") hose, you can use ally or silicone hose/duct, it just turns into the air inlet ducting but not pointing upwards so it doesn't collect water. There should be a clip for a cable tie in there.
