Been doing some repairs to the b pillar inner (had to guesstimate the curve as little left of original)
and looks like i will also have to do the outer as its much worse than i feared
Question is the area circled in red bends out to meet up with the inner , but looking at some of mickeys threads it looks like the outer is straight at this point?
Thinking about it just putting it straight down with a bigger right angled bit would be easier to fabricate. Any reason other than to look original that i shouldnt? (after all its all hidden anyway)

nope its fine, as long as the small area that the arc h fixes to is correct then the rest is cosmetic for all intensant purposes,
nice repair to the inner B post, again you dont have to be too critical here as long as the mating faces are about right then your ok, just do not forget to add the heavy vertical stiffener to the inner B above the jp
