Hi,
Is there any reason why I can't replace my sockets in the van for something like this: http://www.toolstation.com/shop/p36238" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Seems like a good way to keep everything charged up when parked up on 240v.
Cheers
Josh

As long as you are competent, then no there is no reason you should not do it, apart from the expense. Do you have built in main/leisure charger for when your hooked up? 12v to usb socket converters are a lot cheaper.

Re: Replace with USB
My local Wickes store had these at half price yesterday, works out at very good value for the van....
