Handbrake lever grip?

Post by DevonAid »

We've had the van for ages but the handbrake lever seems to be missing a plastic grip or cover at the end of the handle that you hold. A description or photo would be much appreciated, particularly with the MOT looming, don't want the MOT man to hurt his ( or her) hand! There is nothing obvious on vw parts emporium. Thanks in advance.

mine too! I ended up using some rather fetching brown bicycle handlebar tape that matches the carpets perfectly! :D No idea what the original grip would have looked like tho I'm afraid.

Thanks guys! (Fishing rod grip isn't so far off, the van lets in so much water it's like being in a river sometimes. Still, might stick to VWs intended grip anyway, just to conform).
