with a torque wrench to a specific setting i mean!

There is no torque setting wind them in by hand until seated followed by 1/4 turn for plugs with a washer or 1/8 turn tor taper seat plugs.

I didn't used to but I am now becuase I found one loose recently
torque setting is in Haynes or Bentley or both I forget off the top of my head I think it was 25Nm same as sump plug, which I always torque after loosing it once.
