Awning/annexe/tent for back of car

Post by meggles »

I remember seeing some sort of tent thing which fixed to the back of a car. Sort of awning at the back. I am hoping to get one to fit a Nissan Note. I had to sell my van but want to stay in 'the gang' in Nth Yorks 'cos they're a great bunch. so... if anyone knows of the type of thing I'm after please send me a link. Thanks
btw, the absence of a van is definitely only temporary!!

We have a Khyam tailgate awning. Probably suitable for a car.

Got any pics please (sorry if that's a bit cheeky), and where could I buy one. Thanks for taking the time to respond. :ok
E D I T: Just googled it. doh! they look to be just the thing I'm looking for. I will be looking at buying one as a temporary solution. I am guessing that the tent part can be fully closed when sleeping and opened into the rear of the vehicle during the day. Am I correct?
