Porsche / Merc alloys help

Post by v6lowrider »

Hello I have a westy Califonia & it's time to upgrade the wheels & hit it with the lowering stick.

After a lot research reading & picture searching I have narrowed it down to either a set of Porsche alloys or merc Pentas. I know all Porsche rims have high ET 's with loads of choices & all need to use spacer/ adapters. With the Pentas are more or less straight on but the et 's are very low ie 11 these are a no go!!! What are the other choices?

My Questions are if I can find a higher offset near the standard, what do I have to do to get it right to run the van with no problems when been lowered?
What offsets is the best to have ?
You might of guessed I have made a choice already

Sorry for all the questions as you can appreciate don't want to waste hard earnt cash
