Glass Rubber Seals Aftermarket

Post by 1985T25nick »

Hi 8090 people,

Sorry if this is in the wiki but wanted to ask as suppliers may have changed. I've got a T25 85 early type and the windows have rusted mostly below the seals. My next job is to get all the windows out, grind and weld up and paint them and i would like to know where to get new seals from for the best quality and price?
I like the look of the ones with the crome look bead in the middle for the side windows but don't know if they are any good or whether they can be bought in one long roll? Also should i get genuine ones for the front and rear for ease of fitting and look?

Cheers people,

nick.

i take it its a van conversion??? then if the steel is really bad on the rear side windows then i do a repair panel for the bottom edge (pickies help), as for seals then its by the mtr for the sides and likewise the insert, chrome effect (goes dull real soon) and red/black/blue /white etc.
front and rear seals buy veewib, i use
