Leisure and mains elec install

Post by VWMartin »

Hey guys I've been looking through the wiki etc and haven't been able to find anything on installing leisure and mains electrics from scratch.

I've been and purchased a split charger kit and I've got my leisure battery but I also want to install a mains hook up kit. In addition I want to be able to charge the leisure battery from the mains hook up if needed.

Does anyone know if there is any guidance for this on here or if anyone can help talk me through it?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks mate that looks pretty good. It's the mains hook up side of things that I need some extra help with. The split relay comes with some good instructions but the mains hook up and charging is the stuff I need help with.

I run an extension lead through the window but it's not really safe, must do something about that
