Sorry I realised how stupid a question that was... anything can be fitted!
I am thinking about fitting the above. What is involved in fitting them, would I need to cut the bodywork to create a hole or do they sit infront of it?

It says further down on their website that they attach one side around the indicator and the other you need to drill a couple of holes for fixing, not sure about where the wiring would come through, perhaps someone can answer that for you.

the two holes to drill are into your plastic grill, not metal work. the wires go through the indicator hole. They are very easy to fit, no special skill needed
I don't have a twin grille, but here's a pic of them fitted on my van if it helps.
Lloyd is correct, fitting is really easy with only two holes to drill in the lower grille per lamp. The wiring is easily fed through the indicator hole.
Various ways these can be wired up, currently mine are wired into my sidelights so that they come on with the first position on the headlight switch. You could just as easily wire them to another switch of your choice.
They fit real nice hey. Sit in a good position too, ie not too deep in or sticking out too far. They look almost stock when they're turned off expect for the kind of dark tinted / clear lens appearance.
I'm still working on the mounting solution for them, i'm not 100% happy with what i'm using currently. But should have it sorted soon.

I like them two. Can you let us know the details when you are there?

They sit much more flush than others I've seen, think it was Dasmule's where they poked out a fair bit.
