Air filter pipe?

Hi guys I just took the indicator out and I see a pipe which goes to the air filter I think with a whopping hole in it. and what appears to be oil everywhere which I would imagine would be because the breather cap was off and oil has shot everywhere.
One....has anyone got or know where to get a spare pipe?
Two ....do I need to replace the air filter now?
Three....what's the best way of securing the breather cap?
