I tend to forget about it except when I camp at night but its at this time of year when I'm sat waiting for my lad to come out of school or scouts when I'm reminded just how great the Propex heater is. Can't thank Ronsrecord enough for his assistance with it.
Mind you, its at THIS time of year that those without one remember they DO want one. During the last winter, I couldn't care less how much gas I used, it was worth it. No frozen van first thing (I have it on timer if its sub-zero) and no frozen me, or any part of me....

Buy a heater that runs off the same fuel as your engine. Cheap to run and you should always have fuel for it.

Yep..
Webasto or eberspacher..
I had a 1.6kw propex, brilliant piece of kit.
But now here's my big boy petrol Webasto (4kw), in the 'sleeper right where the propex used to sit.

I need to sell an Eber. I bought a few years ago as 'working' but I've never tested or fitted it - my current van came with an eber.
its diesel btw

Or buy diesel system from you know who!
(Still 20+ heaters for sale)
Not difficult to scheme a small diesel tank somewhere in the vehicle.

well if I cant work out what this oil leak is maybe I just really expensive and by a TDi engine, convert my van and by one from you!
I really need to get the rest of my list sorted before I worry about this... Might just have to stick to a few layers. I live in Guernsey anyway, weather is a few degrees warmer!
