Does anyone recognise these holes?

Hi.

I was investigating putting a full width rock and roll bed and seat belts in the back of my van today and saw there's already some pre drilled holes. One on top of the wheel arch (screw driver sticking out in pics below) and one at the front of the wheel arch. The one at the front of the wheel arch looks factory positioned looking at the engine mat.

Are these holes for a specific bed and if so does anyone know which one? I'd prefer to buy the bed that just slots in if possible to save drilling more holes.





I couldn't see any other holes pre drilled

would the 2 front holes be fixing holes for the metal strip that holds the rubber mat down,im sure it was on my van,could hole with screwdriver be a seatbelt mounting point.
