Hi ther asking on be half of a friend has any one used water wetter a product to reduce heat in the engine you put it in the water supposedly he got a hot engine all the time but he done all the checks cheers

No mate he over from south Africa he got a wedge but woukd like to no if that product is any good cheers

Whether any good or not it does not sound like the right solution (on its own) for overheating. He needs to nail the cause otherwise thats just addressing the symptoms.
