Been trying to fix my near side rear and front side lights which have stopped working.
First fuse on left (16a) blows as soon as I fit it, I presume it's an earth, where is the first place to look?

Re: No side lights and fuses blows
Its not an earth problem, there is a short to ground somewhere in the wiring. Try taking the bulbs out in case one has gone short, otherwise look for wire chafing or pinched.
According to the Haynes manual fuse should be 8A.

Thanks marlin owner
Yes you were right, had to get a mechanic to do it in the end, took out a birds nest of old wiring which has down the trick
